David Elsea completed his undergraduate and graduate education at Montana State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Applied Economics. David trained and established his health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) career at BresMed, as one of their first health economists in the United States. He has led development on cost effectiveness and budget impact models, with experience in mental health, oncology, and diagnostic testing.
