Elizabeth Brouwer, MPH, PhD

Elizabeth (Lizzy) Brouwer received her Doctor of Philosophy in Health Economics and Outcomes Research from the Comparative Health Outcomes, Policy, and Economics (CHOICE) Institute at the University of Washington in 2020. She also completed her Master of Public Health, with a focus on health economics, from the University of Michigan in 2013. Elizabeth’s skill set includes decision analysis, real-world evidence synthesis, cost effectiveness and budget impact modeling, and payer communication tools. She has worked with global and domestic health partners including the Gates Foundation, PATH, Kaiser Permanente, the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review (ICER), the PhRMA Foundation, the World Health Organization, and RTI International. She has experience in many therapeutic areas including oncology, dermatology, otolaryngology, and neurology.
