Erica Fischer received her master's in Business Administration from JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Jyväskylä, Finland. She also completed undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Soil Science with a Chemistry minor at Northern Arizona University and Oregon State University, respectively. Erica’s decades of experience include founding successful small businesses and developing skills in business management and administration. As head of operations at Curta, she promotes the adoption of efficient processes and systems, and manages project operations.
